Has anyone told you about Poly Technique as an Alternate stream for science?

Some of you may think of this as an inferior field to take but it is not true since it also offers as much opportunities and money as its counterpart IIT. It is also a better choice for students who are uncertain about cracking the IIT. So what do you think?
